Jo specialises in teaching mindfulness meditation for parents, providing them with the skills needed to enjoy the ‘here and now’ and to begin to live a more fulfilled, balanced and joyful life. On becoming a mum herself, she quickly realised how important the practice of mindfulness is in parenting. Not only to support our children with the increasing demands of 21st-century living, but also so we can be the best versions of ourselves for those around us.
